Our Courses
Intro to Paddling
Our kayak lessons are the perfect way to introduce you to the exciting world of paddling! Our experienced instructors will teach you the foundations of kayaking in a fun, creative, and engaging way. With our lessons, you can enjoy a new and exciting outdoor activity.
Rescues and Games
Our Kayak rescue lessons are designed to help you learn the essential skills needed to mitigate risk. Our instructors will provide you with comprehensive instruction and hands-on practice in kayak rescue techniques, giving you the confidence to handle unexpected situations safely and efficiently. Join us and learn how to be prepared for any kayak rescue situation.
One-on-One
Our kayak one-on-one coaching classes provide personalized instruction tailored to your individual skills and goals. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the basics of kayaking, helping you to develop your skills and confidence in the water. With our personalized instruction, you'll be paddling like a pro in no time

What areas do you work in?Based in the south east of Michigan. Depending on the needs I am available to travel. Contact for out of area quotes.

Are my instructors certified?All classes are taught by ACA (American Canoe Association) certified instructors. Additionally they also are CPR and First aid certified.

What should I bring?All lessons require you to bring your own paddling clothes, food and water. We’ll provide such as boats, paddles, and PFD's.

What are the class ratios?Maximum student: teacher ratio is 5:1. Ages: 14 and up.

Can I participate if I don't have my own kayak?Yes, I have a limited number of recreational kayaks available for classes. When you contact me for classes please share your gear needs.

What is your refund policy?We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel you'll get 100% credit towards future classes.
